Unlacquered Brass: is raw brass that is polished and left unlacquered allowing for natural aging over time. Often referred to as a “living finish”, unlacquered brass will take on a patina that will vary with exposure to sun, touch, oxygen and other airborne particles. It will age unevenly.
Pat dry after use to avoid hard water spots. A microfiber cloth can be used to remove fingerprints. Clean using liquid soap and water or a 50/50 solution of white vinegar and water. DO NOT soak the product in the solution. Dry after cleaning.
Nickel Plated Brass has a silver tone that tends to the warmer side of the color spectrum. It is a composition of nickel plating over brass.
Care: Pat dry after use to avoid hard water spots. Clean using liquid soap and water.
Do NOT use vinegar, this may damage the protective coating.
